15 June 2026 - INDoS Annnual Meeting (aligned with OHBM)
On Monday 15 June we will have our annual meeting at Novotel, located at Avenue Jean Gabriel Domergue, Bordeaux, France. This is a hybrid meeting, INDoS members are also able to attend online. The online link will be sent via the email list. The program for the day is as follows:

- From 11:15 to 12:30 - Working Group 1 Meeting
- From 12:30 to 13:30 - Lunch
- From 13:45 to 15:00 - Working Group 2 Meeting
- From 15:15 to 16:00 - Working Group 3 Meeting
- From 16:45 to 18:00 - Working Group 4 Meeting
12-13 June 2026 - BrainHack TrainTrack sessions at OHBM
As part of the INDoS and EEG101 collaboration (two COST Actions), we are hosting two hands-on TrainTrack sessions at the OHBM BrainHack for anyone interested in BIDS workflows, EEG/MEG quality control, and open neuroimaging tools.
12 June, 13:30–15:00 — BIDS Manager. Learn how to simplify raw-to-BIDS conversion, metadata handling, and dataset curation across MRI, MEG, EEG, and physiological recordings using a software tool that supports conversion, metadata editing, validation, and review. See the BIDS Manager documentation.
13 June, 09:00–10:30 — MEEGqc. Explore a BIDS-aligned software tool for standardized and reproducible quality assessment and quality control of MEG and EEG data. See the MEEGqc documentation.
If you would like to get practical experience during the sessions, please install the software in advance by following the installation instructions in the documentation.

6 March 2026 - Call for grant applications
We have opened the call to apply for Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI) conference grants, Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) conference grants, and for Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM) grants. See the grants page for details on how to apply.
2 March 2026 - WG3 kick-off meeting
Working group 3 on Automated Preprocessing Pipelines will have its online kick-off meeting on Tuesday 17 March, at 14:00-15:00 CET. The zoom link for the meeting was posted on the WG3 mailing list.
23 February 2026 - WG1 and WG4 kick-off meetings
Working group 1 on Quality Assessment and Quality Control will have its first online kick-off meeting on Tuesday 3 March, at 14:00-15:00 CET.
Working group 4 on Ethics, Practices, and Regulations will have its first online kick-off meeting on Wednesday, 4 March at 14:00-15:00 (CET).
We hope that many of you will join. The locations for both meetings have been announced through the respective mailing lists. If you signed up and have been accepted for one of the working groups, you should automatically have been added to the corresponding mailing lists and received the announcement. If you have any questions, please contact the WG leads.
6 February 2026 - new logo
We have a new logo, please see the style guide for further details.
30 September 2025 - MC1 meeting
The first management committee (MC) meeting was hosted on 30 September 2025 at the COST headquarters in Brussels and attended by 21 members, representing 17 countries. The COST action was explained to all members by Wioleta Walentowska (Science Officer) and Flavya Ricci (Administrative Officer), including the networking tools and financial support. We discussed the initial actions to be undertaken by the working groups. Furthermore, the action chair, vice chair and others of the core team were selected and voted into position, and the budget for the first year was agreed upon.

20 May 2025 - INDoS approved
We are happy that our proposal Improving Neuroimaging Data for Sharing (INDoS) was approved by the COST Committee of Senior Officials.
